The Demetra Villa is a luxury three bedroom villa with private swimming pool located in the heart of Coral Bay Village and in a private cul-de-sac located within a short walk of banks, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes as well as the sandy beach at Coral Bay. Car hire is not required for this villa as all amenities at the center of Coral Bay are within a very short walk away.
GROUND FLOOR – The villa has a new fully fitted kitchen equipped with the modern comforts, a dining area and a leather sofa lounge. There is a 29″ TV with SKY TV, DVD player and a music system. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.
FIRST FLOOR – There are three bedrooms in total, the master being an en-suite with a double bed, and two twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. There are two bathrooms in total. There is also a balcony overlooking the private pool area which has access from two of the three bedrooms. The villa has been newly furnished throughout.

Air con in the main bedroom didn’t work that great so we slept in the other bedroom .
Would be nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms as had to do hair ( with electrical appliances) in the en-suite , not ideal .
Also change of bed linen for a 2 wk stsee more

The villa is in a superb location. Pool is big (10x5) we had an issue with the toaster & kettle they were replaced within 12 hours excellent service!!! would defo stay here again. We also use an excellent car rental Savvas Houlous

We stayed last week of the season but the villa is a little tired. Needs new furniture, plates, bowls & cutlery were all odd (just little things) There is no English TV we had to buy a cable and stream Netflix from our phones. Having said the above wsee more

Having stayed in villa Demetra a few years ago we knew the location etc was great, so close to all the bars and restaurants and a good sized villa with plenty outdoor space. The villa and pool were very clean - thanks to Paul and Kris. We would recomsee more

I agree with previous comments, the photos do not really do the villa justice. As always the service from Paul and Kristina Foxon was impeccable!! Perfect location and I would definitely book this property again. Only thing I could possibly say was isee more
